Grace Lutheran Church and School is a congregation of persons gathered by the Holy Spirit and brought into oneness with God, the creator of all, through Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord. By our forgiveness in Christ, we are restored to a family relationship with God, with our world, with one another, and with ourselves.
We are dedicated to grow with God’s grace, through Jesus Christ, to save the lost, strengthen the saved and serve God always and in all ways.
The counterpart of the Law is the Gospel – the promise of forgiveness for the sake of Jesus Christ and His divine work of grace. Apart from faith in Christ no repentant sinner is certain of forgiveness of sin. Relationships with God are created by the Holy Spirit through faith. The Holy Spirit only comes to us through the Word and the Visible Word of the Holy Sacraments. We do not accept God – He accepts us exclusively by His work and gifts. We receive the righteousness and merits of Christ by faith alone.
The church is holy believers and sheep who hear the voice of their Shepherd. The church is found where the Gospel is preached and the Sacraments rightly administered. We pray that you make Grace Lutheran Church and School your church home.
